Maya Wrap strives to ensure that all of our products meet the highest standards of satisfaction.
You may return unused, unwashed items, in original packaging with a valid receipt, within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless exchanging your product, in which case Maya Wrap will cover return shipping and re-shipping for 1 exchange only. Refunds are issued in the same form of payment as original purchase, unless a gift, in which case exchanges are the only option. Shipping charges are not eligible for return.
After 30 days, products may be exchanged only. No returns or exchanges after 90 days or without receipt.
Returns & exchanges are not permitted on shipping charges, sale or discontinued items, assembled items, partial bundles, custom orders and special order items.
If a promotional item was included on a purchase and IS NOT returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount. Promotional items may only be returned with the original purchase or otherwise have no value individually.
Maya Wrap will provide a return label for your convenience, in shipping back your items. Do not ship your items back without response from after submitting this form. This allows us to work with the carrier directly (as both the sender and receiver in this case) to recover a lost or damaged item.
Should there be a defect or product issue, we would be happy to assist you in replacing the product. In some instances, colors may not be able to be fulfilled. We warranty our product from defect (not as a result of negligence or misuse) for 1 year from original purchase receipt.
If you wish to return for any of the above mentioned reasons, please complete the Return Authorization Form. Please expect up to 2 business days for a response; additional information may be required before a shipping label can be supplied.
All Items wishing to be returned, over $150 in monetary value may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If the item shows signs of use or the packaging has been damaged or has excessive markings/tape, or soft goods have been washed, the item is subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. The refund may be refused if the condition of the product does not meet our return guidelines. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please note: it may take up to 14 business days for a return to be processed and a refund/store credit to be issued.
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of submission, with no fee.
